1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or embedding Leadify form scripts on your website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue service usage immediately.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Leadify SaaS is designed for legitimate e-commerce order collection, customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and surveys. You agree NOT to use Leadify forms for:
- Phishing, password harvesting, or credential theft.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or malicious payload links.
- Spamming or sending unsolicited promotional content.
3. Account Termination
Leadify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate security rules, attempt domain spoofing, or conduct malicious activities.
