Leadify SaaS collects minimal necessary data to operate our embeddable form builder and real-time CRM services:

• Account Information: Username, email address, encrypted password hash, and subscription details.
• Form Submissions: Structured lead responses submitted by users through your embedded forms (e.g. name, phone number, address, date/time bookings).
• Technical Analytics: Client IP address, browser user-agent, referrers, and submission timestamps for CORS security enforcement and rate limiting.

2. How We Protect Your Data

Security is embedded at the core of our platform architecture:

• CORS Domain Restrictions: Forms only accept submissions from origins authorized by you.
• Encryption: Password hashes are salted using industry-standard BCRYPT algorithm.
• Isolated Style Engine: Form embeds operate in strict CSS isolation to prevent style collision and data leaks.

3. Data Storage & Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of your forms and lead data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your lead submission details to third parties or advertising networks.
